Anna was born and grew up in Somerset and has lived in Ilminster since the age of 4. She attended Wadham Community School and joined Mitchams in September 1998 as a Trainee Accountant having completed her A-Levels at Wadham Sixth Form College. She demonstrated an immense enthusiasm for her work and a desire to progress her career, resulting in her qualifying for membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in only 3 years. Most recently Anna successfully completed her Probate exams, enabling her to advise her clients on a range of non-contentious probate issues.
In recognition of her achievements and her willingness to take on extra responsibilities, Anna became a Manager at Mitchams in 2003. This was further recognised by her nomination to become a Director in September 2010. Anna has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge and works closely with our Accounts & Tax Managers to ensure a thoroughly professional service of the highest possible standard is provided to all of her clients. Her friendly and approachable manner backed by her professionalism has resulted in many long established client relationships.

Her portfolio of clients covers a vast range of sectors, from agriculture through to retail, as well as advising and supporting a wealth of individuals in their personal tax and accounting affairs.
