Teresa is responsible for the day to day running and efficiency of a number of aspects within the office. These include credit control and banking, accounts processing, reconciliations, reporting and stock control. She started with Mitchams in December 1988 as an Office Junior and studied towards an RSA Diploma in Secretarial Studies and an NVCQ Certificate. Her diligent work ethic and commitment to the company led to her promotion to Senior Secretary & Receptionist in 1995 followed by progression to her current role in 2014.

Teresa’s long service with Mitchams has provided her with a thorough grounding in the processes of the company and she is a real asset, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Teresa has always lived in Chard and went to Holyrood School. She has an excellent knowledge and understanding of the local community and brings this knowledge and awareness into her work through her friendly and approachable manner.
